Full replacement and installation of a new A100 Twin Point

Another successful project completed by AM WALLS LTD 👏

We recently completed the full replacement and installation of a new A100 Twin Point 46dB acoustic movable wall system within a school hall/drama classroom environment.

Our works included the full removal and disposal of the existing movable wall system, along with breaking out the original bulkhead to gain access for the new track support structure installation. Once the old track system was removed, our engineers installed the new support detail and completely redesigned the panel layout to allow the system to stack neatly away into a cupboard area — maximising the clear opening space and improving the flexibility of the room.

To suit the dual-purpose environment, the client chose a bespoke two-board finish:
U156 Sand Beige finish externally within the canteen area
U999 Black finish internally within the drama classroom

The project was completed with full testing, commissioning, demonstration and end-user training to ensure the client was fully confident operating the system safely and efficiently.

For additional peace of mind, the client also signed up to one of our extended service and maintenance packages, including a 5-year extended warranty — helping keep the system fully operational, compliant and maintained for years to come.
