Fit-out project in Kilburn, North London

We were invited to tender for a new fit-out project in Kilburn, North London, initially to supply and install an acoustic movable wall.

At our first meeting, the client — an overseas investor based in Egypt — appreciated the technical detail and performance we provided around acoustic solutions. Due to extensive time spent out of the country, he asked if we could take on a wider scope and manage the remaining elements of the fit-out while he was away.

We were happy to support.

Scope of works delivered:
• Supply and installation of a 48dB acoustic movable wall with dry-wipe finish
• Installation of 41dB double-glazed fixed glass partitions, powder-coated in black
• relocate air-conditioning unit
• Reposition existing lights
• Formation of a 3 x black bulkheads
• Electrical works including new sockets and light switches

All works were completed while the client was overseas, allowing him to return to fully finished, functional rooms — delivered on time and to specification.

A very happy client, and we’re now progressing discussions for a full project in Bolton in the New Year.
